Description

Nutritylodox 200WS is a veterinary antibiotic powder combining 100 mg/g each of doxycycline hyclate and tylosin tartrate. This combination offers broad-spectrum bacteriostatic activity, effectively targeting various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including Bordetella, Campylobacter, E. coli, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, and Rickettsia species.

Indications:

• Calves, Goats, and Sheep: Treatment of gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by susceptible microorganisms.​

• Poultry and Swine: Management of infections due to sensitive bacteria.​

Dosage:

• Calves, Goats, and Sheep: Administer 5 grams per 100 kg body weight, twice daily, for 3–5 days.​

• Poultry and Swine: Mix 1 kg per 1,000–2,000 liters of drinking water for 3–5 days.​

Note: For pre-ruminant calves, lambs, and kids only.

Withdrawal Times:

• Calves, Goats, and Sheep: 14 days before slaughter.​

• Swine: 8 days before slaughter.​

• Poultry: 7 days before slaughter.​

Contraindications:

• Known hypersensitivity to tetracyclines and/or tylosin.​

• Administration to animals with significantly impaired liver function.​

• Concurrent use with penicillins, cephalosporins, quinolones, or cycloserine.​

• Use in animals with active microbial digestion.​

Side Effects:

• Potential discoloration of teeth in young animals.​

• Possible hypersensitivity reactions.​

• Diarrhea may occur.​
