Maxisulf LA is a long-acting injectable antibiotic containing Sodium Sulphadimethoxine 40% m/v as its active ingredient. It is formulated to treat various bacterial infections in livestock and horses, including:

Cattle, Sheep, and Goats: Effective against foot rot, navel-ill, joint-ill, and pneumonia.

Calves and Lambs: Used to treat coccidiosis and bacterial scours.​

Horses: Effective in treating strangles.​
