Role Overview – Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving company revenue by leading and motivating the sales team, developing strategic plans, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities :
As a sales Manager you will;
- Lead and motivate Sales Team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that leverages the various agricultural seasons in Africa.
- Be accountable for meeting company set sales targets.
- Breakdown targets by product, region, sales team ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Implement systems to monitor individual and team performance against set targets.
- Provide weekly reports to Management capturing areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales forecast with inventory planning.
- Oversee the implementation and Optimization of CRM systems to enhance customer interactions and streamline sales processes.
- Use CRM data to analyze customer behavior, identify opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Talk to clients and potential clients on the phone.
- Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and email.
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
Skills, Attributes and Experience

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
