Visão geral da função – Gerente de vendas

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager who is unique with modern digital sales leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our high-performing telesales team and driving our online and retail market presence.

​​Key Responsibilities​

​1. Multi-Channel Sales Leadership

​Telesales Management: Direct and coach a team of telesales representatives to convert cold and warm leads into sales.

​Online Sales Strategy: Oversee the digital sales funnel, ensuring web inquiries and social media leads are managed with high conversion rates.

​Target Achievement: Define, monitor, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

​2. International Trade & Logistics (Import/Export)

​Manage the complexities of importing and exporting goats, including compliance with international veterinary regulations, customs documentation, and livestock transit protocols.

​Negotiate contracts with global suppliers and buyers to optimize profit margins and ensure supply chain reliability.

3. Lead Generation & Business Development

​Identify and penetrate new regional and international markets.

​Develop strategic partnerships with agricultural distributors, large-scale farms, and institutional buyers.

​Implement innovative lead generation tactics across LinkedIn, industry trade shows, and digital platforms.

4. CRM & Customer Relationship Management

​Maintain a robust CRM system to track the sales pipeline and customer interactions.

​Build long-term loyalty with key accounts by ensuring seamless delivery and post-sale support.

​Resolve high-level customer grievances related to shipping, quality, or compliance.

​5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

​Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales KPIs, conversion rates, and market trends.

​Analyze “cost per lead” and “customer acquisition cost” to optimize the sales budget.

​Conduct periodic performance reviews for the sales team, identifying training needs and top performers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educação

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Experiência

  • 3-5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Industry Knowledge

  • Proven experience in leading a team of sales personnel.

Habilidades técnicas

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, and Digital Marketing tools.

Communication

  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate across different cultures and time zones.
