With a global education spanning Turkey, London, and the USA, Fredrick returned home to drive innovation and social impact across sectors. He pioneered Uber’s launch in Ghana, founded the Semanhyia American School, and now leads transformative change in livestock farming through sustainable practices and education. His expertise in renewable energy integration, project finance, and public-private partnership design directly supports agricultural value chains transitioning to low-carbon growth. Rob has built experience living and working around the world across a range of sectors including rural electrification, supply chain decarbonization, agricultural waste-to-energy, and government program design. He has advised governments, corporates, and multilateral institutions, and served in leadership roles at NREL, IFC, and the U.S. Army. Rob holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and an M.B.A. and M.P.A. in Environmental Policy from the University of Washington.
