Fredrick’s journey is deeply personal. Raised in the humble village of Senase, he experienced firsthand the challenges of poverty and the resilience it demands. Determined to change not just his life but the lives of millions, he established Farming in Africa (FIA)—a company built on one belief: Agriculture is the future of Africa.

What started as a small team of four has evolved into a team of over 50, employing young people and creating opportunities across the agricultural value chain. This growth has also spilled beyond direct employment, creating numerous other jobs through farmer support services, partnerships, and community initiatives.
