Role Overview – Lead Sales Coordinator – Semanhyia Farms

As the Lead Sales Coordinator, you will spearhead goat sales, converting leads into customers, while also supporting the import process and keeping management informed through comprehensive sales reports.  In short, you’ll drive goat sales and ensure their smooth import while keeping management in the loop.

Responsibilities

• You will be the champion for our goats, identifying and converting leads into loyal customers.
• Support the smooth import process of goats, ensuring all regulations and procedures are followed.
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports to inform management strategies and track progress towards sales goals.
• Convert leads to customers, develops pricing strategies, and creates compelling sales materials.
• Conduct market research, understand customer needs, and recommend the perfect goats.
• Support the smooth import process of goats, ensuring all regulations are met.
• Prepare insightful sales reports to inform management strategies.
• Manage a sales team and travel for industry events or client meetings.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

        Our ideal colleague should have the following skills, attributes and experience: 

• A minimum of Diploma in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or a related field.
• Ability to use computer applications. 
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• A good command of the English language, both written and spoken. 
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. 
• An appreciable working experience in a similar role. 
•  Ability to work under pressure with or without supervision. 
•  Must be available to start work immediately. 
•  A great passion for Agriculture. 

• This role requires excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally via phone and WhatsApp.

• Experience with import regulations will be an added advantage.
