The Farm Technician will support the operations at Semanhyia Learning and Development Farm by ensuring that all technical equipment and systems are working efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of farm infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain farm machinery and equipment

Assist in livestock health checks

Monitor farm infrastructure (irrigation, feeders, etc.)

Help troubleshoot and repair systems

Work alongside farm management to implement farm improvement initiatives
Qualifications:

Technical diploma or degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanics, or related field

2+ years of experience in farm maintenance or related technical role

Strong problem-solving and technical skills
