Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of day-to-day livestock farm operations (feeding, breeding, health, cleaning, etc.)

Supervise farm staff, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and in accordance with best practices

Monitor animal health and liaise with veterinary personnel for disease prevention and treatment

Implement and oversee record-keeping systems for animal performance, inventory, and farm activities

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Manage farm input use, including feed, supplements, water systems, and medical supplies

Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting on farm performance

Support ongoing training and capacity building of farm workers and interns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in livestock farm management (preferably mixed species)
- Strong knowledge of animal husbandry, health, breeding, and feeding systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage farm records and reports using digital tools or farm software
- A solutions-driven, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
