About the Role:

As a Content Creator at FIA Studios, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative content that promotes sustainable agriculture, particularly goat farming. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that resonate with our target audience, which includes farmers, agriculture enthusiasts, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:
  • Develop engaging, informative, and visually appealing content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Produce high-quality videos, photos, and graphics to support marketing campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
• Social Media Management:
  • Create, schedule, and manage posts across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to maximize audience engagement.
• Content Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to plan content calendars and campaigns that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content development.
• Analytics and Optimization:
  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of content and campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring increased visibility and reach.
• Event Coverage:
  • Document company events, workshops, and initiatives through photos, videos, and live social media updates.
  • Create post-event reports and content for broader dissemination.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar platforms.
• Key Skills:
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong visual storytelling ability and creative thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
